Since the spring of 2010, MCA Systems has worked closely
with Forrester Sytems to develop an enterprise-grade medical charge capture
application. The scope and complexity of this project has been enormous,
involving database design, interface planning, application development,
programming, e-commerce marketing, website development, and disaster recovery
planning. Carlton has exceeded our expectations time and time again, both
in terms of technical knowledge and customer service. His skills as a
programmer are exceeded only by his commitment to quality, dedication and
integrity.
