Carlton Forrester is a web solutions developer with more than 14 years of professional experience in the Information Technology industry.
 
Carlton graduated from Strayer University's Data Processing & Computer Science program in 1994.  He worked as a Programmer/Analyst for Capital One Financial Corporation for four years and then for GEICO Direct as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst for nine years.
 
In 2007, Carlton went full time with Forrester Systems, LLC. (which had been a side business for 6 years) with the goal of providing quality web design and development services to the small business market in Fredericksburg, Virginia and around the country.
 
During his tenure at GEICO and Capital One, Carlton lead and contributed to many software development projects.  Within the teams that he worked, he is regarded as an expert in many disciplines including software architecture, user interface design (web & client server), relational database design and systems integration.
 
Carlton also has a passion for graphics design, photography and music, which further augment his ability to deliver a full spectrum of web solutions and services.
